Path to your dreams

This photo I took on the path right infront of my house. There used to be train tracks that went through here. The tracks have been gone for almost 13 years. I remember the train rolling past my house very slowly and how I would just stair at it as it went by.

Dog Leash Tripod Strap

Today I went for a walk and wanted to take my camera and tripod but didn’t want to carry around my tripod looking like an idiot. So I just didn’t bother to bring either of them. I decided that I needed a strap for my tripod so I can carry it on my back or over the shoulder. As I was searching through my closet for rope I found an old dog leash that we didn’t use anymore. Of course when I took the leash out the dogs went crazy and I was stuck taking them for a walk… but back to the topic I used that dog leash to make a strap for my tripod.

It is very easy to make, just loop both ends and slide it on.

This photo was also taken behind the Oshawa Animal Hospital. I used the macro function and got a nice close up of this wild flower.
